Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All protective plastics must be intact. We do not charge a restocking fee, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping fee to send the product to you will be deducted from the refund or exchange value.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


To exchange an item, return the original item following the return process above. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
